Starting things up off today, is a glimpse of U.S. foreign policy as defined as by the Biden administration.
A nation's foreign policy is a plan for how it intends to interact with other countries.
It is tailored to the international issues of the day and when the President Joe Biden spoke in at the U.S. State of the Department on Thursday afternoon, he began by discussing his Administration's view of America's role in the world.
American leadership must meet this new moment of in advancing authoritarianism including a growing ambition of China, the to rival of the United States in and the determination of Russia, the to damage of and this wreck disrupt down our Democracy.
We must meet the new moments acceralating global challenges from the pandemic, to the climate crisis, to
nuclear proliferation. Challenging the(?) will only be solved by nations' working together, and come on in common.
We can't do it alone.
Regarding Russia, President Biden said his Administration agreed to extend the a deal that limits two nation's nuclear weapons. But he also said America would "raised the cost on Russia. if it interfered with the U.S. election, launched cyber attacks, or poisioned d~~~ its own citizens".
The president called China the most serious comparator competitor to the U.S. and said American would confront Asian country on its academic economic abuses and human right attacks. But he also said the U.S. is was ready to work with China when it is in America's interest
Regarding the recent military coup in Myanmar, the President called on the Burmi's Burmese military to return to democracy and release the political prisoners that it recently took.
Concerning to the civil war in Yeman, the President said America would end its support for an international efforts to defeat the rebells rebels who are fighting Yeman's government.
And concerning immigration, the President said he`d significantly raised the limit on the number of refugees allowed into America. So, a wide range of issues were discussed by the in President Biden's speech.
