[Speaking] Talk about Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu is a Brazilian martial art that has rooted roots in Judo. Rather than striking techniques, it is centered on grappling, or holding the opponents. It really is very similar to Judo. But Judo focuses on grasping and throwing the opponent. In contras, Jiu-Jitsu inster== aims to make opponents to lose their balance. When they are down, you force them into submission through various chokos chokeholds.
Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that lets even a small person when win against someone much bigger. That’s why it‘s getting popularity among people who want to learn self-defense. You can easily find vidoes of women who are well versed in Jiu-Jitsu dominating man. In Korea, more and more studios are teaching Jiu-Jitsu these days.

In Jui-Jitsu, you try to make a opponent lose thier balance.
