My husband and I made a rule to go every January. We did postpone it upon, I think, March to April last year. So we go to get our medical check-up. But we haven't got yet this year.

Medical check-ups are very important because they allow us to find warning signs on in our body *early on.
Privately-run hospitals offer various check-up packages. The costs vary cost varies widely depending on the method and the range of tests.

People who work at companies often have access to medical check up programs that are funded by the company. The National Health Insurance Service also puts foots the bill to for free check ups on a regular basis.

Check-ups include basic test, like a blood sample test, a urine test, and a lung capacity test. There might be a gastroscopy test or colonoscopy test. You can could also get an ultrasound test. By Eye exams, hearing tests, and dental check-ups are also come in common. Women also get checked for breast cancer. If there are any abnormal findings after the check-up, there could be follow-up tests like an MRI or CT scan.
