Early this year I received the national health examination.	올해 초에 국가 건강 검진을 받았다.
On the very day that I received the exam the doctor's diagnosis was that I might have colon cancer.	검사를 받은 당일에 의사의 진단은 내가 대장암일 수도 있다는 것이었다.
Exactly 10 days after the exam, I went to a University hospital for surgery to have it removed.	정확히 검사 10일 후에, 대학병원에 가서 절제 수술을 받았다.
The biopsy result showed that it was the first stage colon cancer.	조직 검사 결과 대장암 1기였다.
Thankfully, I didn't need anticancer treatment.	다행히, 항암치료는 필요하지 않았다.
I just need follow-up exams every year when I get my routine physical.	매년 정기 검진 때, 추적검사를 받아야 한다.
To be honest, I exercised every day for the past 10 years and maintained the healthy diet.	솔직히 지난 10년 동안 매일 운동하고 건강한 식단을 유지했다.
