But despite this, E-book sales have slipped lately. In fact, there are signs that E-book adopters are returning to print. So the question becomes, “Are paper books better than E-books?” When digital devices first burst onto the scene, book publishers worried about the effect they would have on print books. At first, E-book sales soared and print sales dwindled. Bookstores struggled to stay open as consumers used their store to find titles they would later buy online.

Some people feel that they retain information longer when they read paper rather than digital. They may read faster with E-books but they found it hard to recall information compared to paper. Also, readers say that printed books give a real and authentic feeling of satisfaction. The feeling of flipping through pages of a physical book can never be replaced by an E-book.
