제니퍼: This morning, I got up at 7.
이현석: Is that when you normally wake up?
제니퍼: No. Yes. No. I usually wake up at 6:20.
이현석: So, you’re sort of morning person then.
제니퍼: I’m kind of forced to be a morning person.
이현석: You’re forced to be a morning person.
이현석: I used to be a #### person, then I kind of changed a little bit. And these days I wake up like 5 ##. So, I guess I can call myself a morning person.
제니퍼: You are a morning person.
이현석: I kind of switched from a evening person to a morning person.
이현석: 저도 예전에 밤 늦게까지 뭐하는 거 되게 좋아하다가, 아침에 일어나는 습관을 갖게 됐어요.
제니퍼: Wakin up early in the morning when everyone else is sleep and things are quiet and peaceful. It’s great.

[Speaking] Talk about the Miracle Morning 미라클 모닝에 대해서 이야기해주세요

	유튜브에서 우연찮게 미라클 모닝이라는 개념을 접하게 되었다.
The miracle morning refers to waking up at the cracking of dawn to start your day.	미라클 모닝은 하루를 시작하려고 동틀 무렵에 일어나는 것을 말한다.
Self-improvement is a common goal for many people.	자기계발은 많은 사람들이 갖고 있는 목표이다.
But it’s hard to do anything when you’re dark and dog-tired after a long day of at work.	그러나 직장에서의 긴 하루 일과 후에 개피곤해서 뭐라도 하기 어렵다.
I think that’s why the miracle morning has grown so popular.	그래서 미라클 모닝이 유행하게 된 것 같다.
It helps you spend time wisely in the morning.	미라클 모닝은 아침에 시간을 현명하게 보내는 걸 도와준다
I myself started attempting miracle mornings a few months ago.	나 역시 몇달 전에 미라클 모닝을 시도하기 시작했다.
I get up early, plan out my day, and study English with EBS radio.	아침에 일어나서, 하루 계획을 세우고, EBS 라디오로 영어 공부를 한다.
I had have kept out at it pretty well until now, but it goes without saying that it’s physically demanding sometimes.	지금까지 계속 잘하고 있지만, 가끔씩 체력적으로 힘들다는 건 말할 필요도 없다.
Still, starting the day is with something I enjoy and feeling a sense of accomplishment every morning fills each day with joy.	하지만, 내가 즐기는 뭔가로 하루를 시작하는 것과 매일 아침 성취감은 하루하루를 즐거움으로 채워준다.
