The anti-oxidants and vitamines in coffee are said to lessen depression, promote healthy heart, and reduce the risk of developing certain illnesses. In addition, since coffee contains caffeine, it can help people feel less tired and increase energy levels. The caffeine in coffee is even purported to help burn fat and improve one’s memory.
