음식 취향의 차이에 대해서 이야기 해주세요

When I eat with friends, it often strikes me how different everyone's taste in food is.	친구들과 음식을 먹다보면, 음식 취향이 많이 다르다는 걸 종종 느낄 때가 있다.
The level of doneness for fried eggs is a good example.	계란의 익힘 정도가 그 좋은 예이다.
I like a runny yolk.	나는 노른자가 약간 흘러내리는 반숙이 좋다.
A fully cooked egg is hard to swallow.	완숙은 뻑뻑해서 삼키기 힘들다.
Eggs are a key ingredient in many other dishes, too.	계란은 다른 많은 요리에 들어가는 핵심재료이기도 하다
Popping a yolk in a stew or instant noodles can reduce spiciness and add a savory flavor.	국이나 인스턴트 라면에 노른자를 터트리면, 매운 맛을 완화시켜주고 진한 맛을 더해준다.
Next, there is the issue of whether to pour the sauce of on sweet and sour pork, or to dip the pieces in the sauce.	그 다음으로 탕수육에 소스를 부어먹느냐 찍어먹느냐의 문제가 있다.
I prefer dipping.	나는 찍먹을 더 좋아하다.
You end up eating to too much sauce if you pour it.	부어 먹으면 소스를 너무 많이 먹게 된다.
Plus, dipping the pork also preserves the crispy mouthfeel.	찍먹을 하면, 탕수육의 바삭한 식감도 살아있다.
Finally, there is a the preference between 짜장면 black bean noodles and 짬뽕 spicy noodle soup.	마지막으로 짜장면과 짬뽕의 선호가 있다.
I lean toward 짜장면.	나는 짜장면 쪽으로 기운다
It's fun to mix the ingredients before eating.	짜장면을 먹기 전에 비비는 것이 재미있다.
You can also slurp the noodles since the dish isn't spicy.	맵지 않아서 후루룩 먹을 수 있다.
When I try slurping 짬뽕, the soup gets all over my glasses.	짬뽕을 후루룩 먹어보면, 국물이 안경 여기저기에 다 튄다.
