People order delivery for food and goods very often because of social distancing measures. This means that there has been a spark in the use of plastics and disposable containers used for delivery and packaging. A staggering amount of trash is being created as a result.
Also, wearing a mask has become a way of life for all people. Most masks are single-use, so a huge amount is being thrown away as trash. What’s more, billions of people the world over will be getting vaccinated for COVID-19. That means that billions of disposable syringes will be thrown away.
Trying to reduce waste in this situation is a must. When ordering delivery, both venders and consumers must try to cut down on the use of disposable goods. We should also raise the recycling rate by properly sorting our trash.

이러한 상황 속에서 쓰레기 양을 줄이려는 노력은 반드시 필요하다. 배달 주문을 할 때, 판매자와 소비자 모두 일회용품 사용을 줄이려는 노력을 해야한다. 더불어, 쓰레기 분리수거를 철저히 해서 재활용률을 올려야 한다.
